1. Who we are

2. What the Service is

findwibe is an entertainment test for couples and a self-reflection tool. It is not therapy, medical or psychological advice. Results are a game based on your answers, not a scientific prediction or a diagnosis.

If you are in danger or feel unsafe in your relationship, contact emergency services or a helpline (see “If you feel unsafe”).

3. Age and consent

You must be 18 or older. By starting the test you confirm your age and accept these terms and the privacy policy.

Answer only for yourself. Do not use the Service to control or pressure another person.

4. Access without accounts

Results are available only through personal links. Keep them safe: anyone with your personal link can see the couple result. We cannot restore a lost link.

5. Payment

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

The full AI analysis is a one-time purchase for one couple. Access opens once Paddle confirms the payment.

6. AI analysis

The analysis is written by a language model from your answers and calculated scores. It may contain inaccuracies. Don't make important decisions based on it alone.

7. Retention and deletion

Data is kept for a limited time and deleted automatically (see the privacy policy). Either partner can delete the couple's data with the “Delete our data” button.

8. Liability

The Service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for decisions made based on test results. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. The current version is always on this page with the date above.
