Who is responsible

What we collect

A name or nickname (can be made up), gender, relationship length, whether you live together, consent records and your answers, including optional written answers.

We don't ask for email, phone or an account. Card details go only to Paddle, never to us.

Technical data: language, country from IP (looked up in a local database with no external requests; the IP itself isn't stored for this), a hashed IP for abuse protection, anonymous funnel events (e.g. “test started”).

Why

To calculate your couple result, show it to both of you through personal links and, if you buy the analysis, to generate the AI analysis.

One partner's written answers are never shown to the other word for word — the analysis only retells them gently.

Who we share with

Paddle.com (UK) — Merchant of Record and payment provider: only the data you enter in the Paddle checkout.

AI service (Ollama Cloud; may process data outside your country) — only after payment and your explicit consent: names or nicknames, scores, flags, animals and both partners' written answers. No email or payment details.

The hosting provider whose servers run the site.

How long we keep it

Unpaid couples — 30 days; paid — 90 days after payment. Then data is deleted automatically. The “Delete our data” button immediately deletes both partners' answers, the result and the report. Payment records are kept by Paddle under its own rules.

Cookies and storage

Only strictly necessary ones: a language cookie and browser local storage so “Continue the test” works on this device. No third-party advertising or analytics trackers.

Your rights

Delete your data with the button on the result page or email [support@findwibe.com] to access, correct or delete it. If you are in the EU/UK you may complain to a data protection authority.
